If you're worried about getting (or living with) a hunchback posture - which, by the way, often leads to forward head posture, you might consider doing some basic posture exercises. One important goal for posture exercises is, in my experience, bringing your head in line with the rest of your spine. That's what this neck exercise may help you do.

By the way, if you've ever tried a posture training program, such as yoga, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais or others, please tells us about it.
